Timetable

From August 12, we are open with a limited timetable which includes: Wednesday 9am Mysore-style Ashtanga and 8pm Led Ashtanga, Friday 9:30am Led Ashtanga, Saturday 9:30am Led Ashtanga and Sunday 9am-11am Mysore-style Ashtanga. September classes run from September 3rd, except for Sivananda Yoga on Thursday and Saturday, which starts w/c September 17.

Please Note:  Hatha Yoga and Yin/Yang Fusion with Niamh Daly, Teen Yoga with Liz Kavanagh are independent classes not included in GYS passes or introductory month offer. Contact Niamh directly on 0879506923 or niamhdaly55@gmail.com to book Hatha,  Liz on 0879314914 or elisakavanagh@hotmail.com to book Teen Yoga.

Please respect your teacher and fellow students by arriving for your class on time. Latecomers cannot be allowed in once the teacher has started the class. If you have paid online and you arrive too late for class, we will credit you with the class you have paid for.

  • September Yoga/Meditation with RobA 4 week, early morning meditation & yoga class with Rob, designed to help you develop a practice for life. with Rob 6:15 to 7:30 An early morning yoga and meditation class designed to help you develop a habit that will enhance your mental and physical health for life.
  • Led/Mysore-style AshtangaThis new class will introduce Ashtanga lovers (and new practitioners) to self-practice. The teacher will lead the class, while gently introducing the students to self-practice for parts of the class. There is no need to know the Ashtanga sequence as full guidance will be given. with RíonachFind our more about Ríonach on the Teachers page. 9:30 to 10:45 This new class will introduce Ashtanga lovers (and new practitioners) to the idea of self-practice. The teacher will lead the class, while gently introducing self-practice for parts of the class. There is no need to know the Ashtanga sequence as full instruction will be given. All levels welcome. Next class is Monday, September 3rd.
  • Beginners' YogaA one hour class designed for those who are new to yoga. with RíonachFind our more about Ríonach on the Teachers page. 11:00 to 12:00 For complete beginners, or those who prefer a less dynamic style of yoga. This class will give your body the stretch it needs and is deeply relaxing at the same time. Starts September 3rd.
  • Ashtanga Beginners with IngridFind out more about Ingrid on the Teachers page. 18:30 to 19:45 A six-week course that will cover the fundamentals of Ashtanga and get you started on a yoga practice for life. First class is September 3rd.
  • Ashtanga Led with IngridFind out more about Ingrid on the Teachers page. 20:00 to 21:15 Next class is September 3rd, 2018.
