Class Passes & Memberships
-All passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
-They are activated on the date of purchase and must be used by the specified expiration date
Gift Vouchers (currently unavailable)
-Valid for 5 years from the date of issue
-Can be used for all in-person and online classes, excluding donation-based charity classes
-Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, but may be transferred to another person
Pricing
-GreystonesYoga reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
Bookings & Cancellations
-Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the class start time
-Late cancellations will result in the class being deducted from your pass
-All bookings are subject to GreystonesYoga’s right to alter the schedule or teaching staff in circumstances beyond our control

-If we are obliged to cancel a class, workshop, or course, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date/event
Photography and Recording Policy
-The use of cameras or any recording equipment, including mobile phones, is strictly prohibited unless explicit prior approval is obtained from all participants (teacher and students)
Eligibility
-It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that any class they attend is appropriate for their individual health and fitness level
-All yoga classes, courses and workshops are open to participants aged 18 and over only
Right of Admission
-GreystonesYoga reserves the right to refuse admission at its discretion
Payment
Payment can be made using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.
We never keep any payment details on record. All information regarding your online transactions and identity is kept confidential through our payment gateway Stripe.
Our website site uses SSL technology to keep your information safe – look out for the green padlock in the address bar of your browser which indicates to you that you are browsing on a secure connection.
