General Terms & Conditions
All class passes and memberships are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-transferable to others, activated immediately from the date of purchase and required to be used up by the expiration date specified depending on the type of pass.
Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and can be used to attend regular weekly in-person and/or online classes. Please email us the recipient’s name and email (if known) and postal address where to send the gift voucher.
Both In-Person and Online class bookings must be cancelled no less than 1 hour ahead of the class start time as after this time attendance will be deducted from the pass.
Membership, drop-in, 5 and 10 Class Passes are valid for regular weekly yoga classes (except for donation based charity classes, pop-up classes and workshops) within the specific class pass offer.
Please note all our classes, courses, workshops are suitable for over 18’s only.
Workshops & Courses Terms & Conditions
In case of cancellation by the customer, a full refund will be offered for cancellations up to 24 hours before a workshop or course.
After the cancellation deadline, no refunds can be offered. However, you can transfer your workshop or course fee to another participant if you send us the details of the transfer (name and email of the alternative participant).
If GreystonesYoga is obliged to cancel a class, workshop or course for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative date/event.
