General Terms & Conditions
All class passes and memberships are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-transferable to others, activated immediately on the date of purchase (membership start date can be selected by customer) and required to be used up by the expiration date specified depending on the type of pass.
Gift cards/vouchers (not currently available) are valid for max 5 years from the date of issue and can be used to attend regular weekly in-person and/or online classes. Please email us if you would like to receive a printed gift voucher.
All class bookings must be cancelled no less than 1 hour ahead of the class start time as after this time attendance will be deducted from the pass.
Membership, drop-in, 5 and 10 Class Passes are valid for regular weekly yoga classes (except for donation based charity classes, pop-up classes and workshops) within the specific class pass offer.
Please note all our classes, courses, workshops are suitable for over 18’s only.
Workshops & Courses Terms & Conditions
In case of cancellation by the customer, a full refund will be offered for cancellations up to 24 hours before a workshop or course.
After the cancellation deadline, no refunds can be offered. However, you can transfer your workshop or course fee to another participant if you send us the details of the transfer (name and email of the alternative participant).
If GreystonesYoga is obliged to cancel a class, workshop or course for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative date/event.
GreystonesYoga reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
